Signature of targets and backgrounds is composed of components which are capable of emission and reflection. These signatures have a significant part in evaluating stealth and predicting the effect of detection systems. Thermographic systems usually measures the signatures, they can be also partnered with radiometry to enhance sensitivity and increase measurement speed. When the objects are moving a quick analysis must be done. The device have configurations of various detectors and filters in order to maximize the spectral range, sensitivity and response time.
